Products & Health Claims

Athovita™ Marine Magnesium + Glycinate Complex is a dietary supplement. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All health-related statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or take prescription medications.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are in USD and subject to change. Payment is charged at the time of order placement. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Subscriptions

Subscription purchases authorize recurring charges at the selected frequency. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date by emailing hello@athovita.com.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athovita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules.
