Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on athovita.com and is issued by DL Performance Marketing LLC, the operator of the Athovita™ brand (“Athovita,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We have written this policy in plain English so that customers, our payment partners, and underwriters can review it in full.

Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every Athovita product is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 60 days of your original order date, contact us and we will issue a full refund of the product purchase price to your original payment method.

No return required. You do not need to ship anything back. You may keep, donate, or discard any unused product. We will process your refund regardless of the bottle’s condition or whether it has been opened.

Eligible Products

The 60-day money-back guarantee applies to every product sold on athovita.com, including single-bottle, multi-bottle, and bundle purchases of Athovita™ Marine Magnesium + Glycinate Complex and any future Athovita products. Bundle orders are refunded as a single transaction at the bundle purchase price.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email hello@athovita.com from the address used at checkout, with “Refund Request” in the subject line.
  2. Include your order number (e.g. #A12345) and, optionally, a brief note on why you are requesting a refund — this is not required to receive your refund, but helps us improve.
  3. We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day.
  4. Your refund is processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after confirmation. Depending on your bank, settlement on your statement may take an additional 1–5 business days.

Refund Method & Timeline

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit card, debit card, Shop Pay, PayPal, etc.). We do not issue store credit, gift cards, or cash refunds unless your original method is no longer available. There are no restocking fees, no processing fees, and no deductions of any kind — you receive a full refund of the product purchase price.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or you believe the product is defective (e.g. broken seal, contamination, manufacturing defect), contact hello@athovita.com within 60 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the affected item and the batch/lot number printed on the bottle. At your choice, we will either reship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund immediately. See our separate Warranty Policy for additional terms covering manufacturing defects.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item you did not order, contact hello@athovita.com with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We will ship the correct product at no cost and you may keep, donate, or discard the incorrect item.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If tracking shows no carrier movement for 5 or more business days, or shows the order as delivered but you have not received it, email hello@athovita.com within 30 days of the original ship date. We will open a carrier investigation and reship your order at no charge, or issue a full refund — your choice.

Subscription Orders & Cancellations

Athovita offers an optional Subscribe & Save program. Subscription purchases authorize recurring charges at the cadence you select (e.g. every 30, 45, or 60 days) at the discounted subscription price.

  • You may cancel, pause, skip, or change the frequency of any active subscription at any time through your account at athovita.com/account or by emailing hello@athovita.com.
  • To prevent the next scheduled charge, please cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date. Cancellations submitted after a renewal has begun processing will take effect on the following cycle.
  • Each subscription shipment is independently covered by the 60-day money-back guarantee from the date that specific shipment is delivered.
  • There are no cancellation fees, minimum-term commitments, or auto-renewal traps. You can cancel after a single shipment.

Chargebacks

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We resolve nearly every customer concern within 1 business day, including issuing full refunds without requiring a return. Filing a chargeback before contacting us delays your resolution; reaching out directly is the fastest way to get your money back. Email hello@athovita.com and we will make it right.

International Orders

Athovita currently ships to addresses within the United States only (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories). We do not currently accept orders for delivery outside the United States. If our shipping scope changes in the future, this policy will be updated.
